Sexual harassment, gender bias and cultural bias, from the victim's perspective.
Made directly with Vice Admiral Michael Noonan, Chief of the Royal Australian Navy, to help prevent unacceptable behaviour. Navy leadership, including the former and current Chiefs, went through it in 2017.
In scenarios based on real examples, personnel experience verbal abuse and have their personal space invaded. It is meant to be uncomfortable.
