I co-founded Equal Reality. Its experiences put people in the perspective of vulnerable groups to experience discrimination first-hand, built with psychologists, behaviour experts and industry partners. They have been run on every continent except Antarctica, by organizations including Google, Amazon, Paramount Global, ExxonMobil, GSK, the Mayo Clinic and the Royal Australian Navy. Equal Reality is now part of People Tech Revolution.
