Unpacking Bias
Immersive bias and allyship training, delivered remotely during COVID.
Inspired by Black Lives Matter, ViacomCBS wanted employees to understand experiences different from their own and learn how to be an ally.
With COVID ruling out in-person sessions and shared headsets, Unpacking Bias became web-based simulations blended with facilitator-led Zoom workshops, co-designed with employees from real lived experiences. It launched as part of ViacomCBS's Inclusion Week.
